Job summary

ERC International Human Resources Consultancies seeks a senior menswear designer to lead seasonal collections in Dubai. You will conduct trend and market research and convert insights into sketches, mood boards, colour palettes and CAD designs.

Responsibilities include handling fabrics, trims, fittings and garment detailing, preparing tech packs and specifications, and coordinating with merchandising, sourcing and production to ensure commercially aligned results.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant menswear design experience.
• Strong portfolio of commercial menswear collections.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CAD.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fit and product development.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
