Job summary

Ladwig Consulting is seeking a highly creative Fashion Designer to lead seasonal collections for a dynamic modest wear line in Dubai. You will translate mood, fabric storytelling, and campaign direction into wearable, commercially viable designs.

You will design seasonal capsules, collaborate with manufacturers, manage fittings, and ensure every detail aligns with brand identity and production timelines. Based in Dubai and comfortable with rapid drops.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in women’s fashion design (modest wear preferred).
• Strong understanding of silhouettes, drape, and fabric behavior.
• Experience designing dresses, abayas, and occasionwear.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial appeal.
• Strong technical sketching skills.
• Experience working with manufacturers and managing production timelines.
• Strong understanding of size grading including plus and petite sizes.
• Based in Dubai.
