Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a senior menswear designer to lead the design and development of seasonal collections in the UAE. You will drive trend research, craft sketches and CAD designs, and oversee fabrics, trims, fittings and tech packs to ensure high-quality, commercially viable garments.

Applicants should have a degree in fashion design, 8–10 years of menswear experience and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and CAD is required, with UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant menswear design experience.
• Strong portfolio of commercial menswear collections.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CAD.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fit and product development.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of seasonal menswear collections.
• Conduct trend, market and competitor research.
• Develop sketches, mood boards, colour palettes and CAD designs.
• Handle fabrics, trims, prints, fittings and garment detailing.
• Prepare tech packs and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, suppliers and production teams.
• Review samples and ensure fit, quality and design accuracy.
• Ensure collections are commercially relevant and aligned with brand positioning.
