Job summary

DCX Transform is seeking a Senior Mendix Developer with strong technical team lead skills to design and deliver enterprise-grade Mendix applications. This on-site Dubai role requires hands-on development while guiding a team of developers, owning architecture, standards and delivery quality.

You will collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders, implement secure scalable solutions, and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments in Agile/Scrum sprints.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience, including Mendix development
• Hands-on Mendix with team lead skills
• Experience integrating Mendix with ERP/CRM
• Strong Java/JS/HTML/CSS background for custom widgets
• Proficient in REST, SOAP and OData integrations
• Proven leadership: mentoring, reviews, standards, delivery
• Excellent English communication with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy Mendix web/mobile apps
• Own architecture, domain models, microflows, security, performance
• Integrate Mendix with ERP/CRM via APIs
• Translate requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders
• Lead development team: guidance, task allocation, issue resolution
• Mentor junior/mid Mendix developers
• Conduct code and model reviews, enforce standards
• Estimate effort and plan in Agile/Scrum sprints
• Manage lifecycle: version control, CI/CD, cloud deployments
