Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Membership Sales Consultant with a proven track record in the fitness industry. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience in membership sales, exceptional communication and persuasion skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
This role requires a strong focus on lead generation, cold calling, and closing sales while ensuring exceptional service to potential and existing members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales through effective prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct tours of the gym facility, explain membership options, and create personalized fitness solutions for prospects.
- Follow up with leads promptly to convert inquiries into memberships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in MS Excel or CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, events, and corporate tie-ups.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the membership process and beyond.
- Participate in community outreach activities to drive brand awareness and lead acquisition.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness industry trends and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5–6 years of proven experience in membership sales or fitness consulting within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and closing high-value sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Sales-target oriented with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (reporting and data analysis).
- Professional, customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid visa.
- Willingness to work in any emirate as per the company's requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in corporate membership sales or B2B partnerships.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and fitness membership management systems.
- Ability to handle objections and deliver high-conversion presentations.
