Job summary

Arada, Formative is Arada's integrated health, fitness, and wellness platform in the UAE, seeks a Member Experience Operations Manager to implement, standardize, and continually improve the end-to-end member journey across all brands and clubs.

You will collaborate with Member Experience Managers and club teams to embed ME standards into daily operations, ensuring consistent, best-in-class service across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, exercise science, physical education, sports management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rollout of Member Experience frameworks across all brands and clubs.
• Ensure adoption of defined member journey across every club.
• Embed standards into day-to-day operations with MEMs and club teams.
• Audit ME performance and drive action plans across brands.
• Develop and deliver training on service, engagement and experience.
• Monitor member app adoption and digital experience improvements.
