Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician in poultry processing or food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain poultry processing machinery across processing, packing, and preparation areas.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and replace worn parts before failure.
• Respond to machine breakdowns, identify root causes, and repair components such as motors, pumps, valves, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000) and maintain hygiene.
• Document maintenance work orders and daily activity logs.
