Senior Mechanical Revit Modeler

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SENIOR MECHANICAL REVIT MODELLER located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The candidate will be responsible for creating 3D models and drawings using REVIT software, creating accurate construction documents, collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Revit or Building Information Modeling (BIM) are a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, especially in mechanical systems modeling.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems design.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and workflows.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.

Experience:

• Previous experience in mechanical modeling, more than 10 years preferred.
• Experience working on commercial or industrial projects.

Software Proficiency:

• Familiarity with other design software (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
• Experience with simulation and analysis tools is advantageous.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to analyze and resolve design issues.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modeling.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with energy modeling or sustainability practices.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
