Job summary

TQM Zone DMCC is seeking a Maintenance Planner in the UAE to manage turnaround and preventive maintenance for plant assets. You will coordinate with operations, maintenance supervisors, and engineers to ensure safety, reliability, and cost-effective uptime.

Required to develop schedules, ensure resources and materials are available, and to maintain accurate reporting using Primavera and CMMS systems. The role demands 7+ years of relevant experience and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with focus on maintenance.
• Minimum 7 years in plant maintenance scheduling and planning.
• On-site experience in petrochemical/oil & gas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up turnaround schedule, identify milestones and critical path.
• Develop repair schedules, material lists and work packs.
• Prepare shutdown work scope with P&ID and ITPs.
• Monitor progress, report challenges, and ensure on-time delivery.
