Job summary

Wood Group seeks an experienced PMC Lead Static Engineer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of static equipment. You will ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with project specifications for a high-profile client in the UAE.

Role requires coordinating with EPC contractors and discipline engineers, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring design quality in line with codes and industry standards.

The key objectives for this role are:

• Provide technical expertise in all mechanical static equipment design
• Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards
• Coordinate, Monitor and handle static equipment design and engineering with EPC Contractor as per project expectation and complete the same within the time frame
• Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity etc.
• Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Mechanical Static Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
