Job summary

A leading company in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to design and develop prefabricated buildings' MEP provisions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, with a strong background in high-rise projects. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse infrastructure projects and requires a Mechanical degree or diploma.

Job Description

Designing and developing prefabricated (precast) buildings MEP provisions as per project requirements & specifications.

1. HVAC Centralized and decentralized systems, Plumbing, Water-based and clean gas firefighting systems, Chilled water piping, Ventilation fans, Transfer and Booster Pumps, Sectional and overhead water tanks, Centralized water heaters, LGP piping and installations, Utility & services piping, Electrical works in buildings, Fire alarm works in commercial and residential high-rise buildings, and industrial projects.
2. Experience in infrastructure projects such as Sewage, Water supply, Firefighting and irrigation networks, Pump rooms, RO plants, Grey water systems, STP plants, LPG, and Air Supply piping with materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, PVC, CPVC, FRP, HDPE, etc.
3. Proficiency in BOQ preparation, material estimation, scope preparation for subcontract agreements, variation claims, and experience in preparing technical proposals, material submittals, and obtaining client/consultant approvals.
