LACASA Architects and Engineering Consultants in Dubai seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Design Division, leading detailed mechanical design for high-rise and hospitality projects with a focus on sustainable solutions and regulatory compliance in the UAE. Requirements include a BEng/MEng in Engineering with membership in CIBSE/IMechE/ASHRAE and 15+ years in UAE engineering consultancy.

Formación

Minimum 15 years of experience in an engineering consultancy in UAE.
Experience in sustainable building design and dealing with Dubai authorities (DM, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.).
Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and professional body membership.

Responsabilidades

Produce detailed design drawings for mechanical systems (HVAC, Public Health, Fire protection, BMS, irrigation, pools, gas).
Prepare technical specifications, schedules and design development reports.
Coordinate work with project team and monitor performance of engineers.
Ensure work meets deadlines and budget; inform senior team of key decisions.
