Job summary

Durucooperation seeks seasoned MDI Inspectors for Magnetic Particle Inspection (MDI/MPI) on UAE sites. Candidates should possess 8–12 years of field experience with CSWIP and BGAS certifications. You will perform inspections, document findings, and support QA/QC on project deliveries.

You will coordinate with QA/QC teams, maintain records, ensure equipment readiness, and comply with safety and project procedures while working in the UAE for the contract duration.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant MDI/MPI inspection experience.
• CSWIP certification.
• BGAS certification.
• Strong practical knowledge of Magnetic Particle Inspection techniques and procedures.
• Experience interpreting inspection results and applying applicable acceptance criteria.
• Ability to prepare accurate technical inspection reports and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in the UAE for the specified contract duration.

Responsibilities

• Perform MDI/MPI inspection activities in accordance with approved procedures and project specifications.
• Conduct inspection of welds, fabricated components, and relevant surfaces to identify surface and near-surface discontinuities.
• Verify inspection requirements, procedures, and acceptance criteria before performing examinations.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
• Identify, document, and report defects, indications, and non-conformities.
• Coordinate with QA/QC engineers, welding inspectors, technicians, and project teams during inspection activities.
• Ensure inspection equipment and consumables are properly maintained and suitable for use.
• Support overall project quality control activities and ensure compliance with applicable inspection procedures.
• Follow all project safety, quality, and site requirements during inspection activities.
