Concept Six is recruiting a Senior Marketing Strategist in Dubai to lead positioning, campaign strategy, and account direction across real estate, hospitality, and B2B. You will work directly with founders and senior client stakeholders to translate strategy into campaigns that ship and drive measurable results.

You will collaborate with creative, performance, and production teams, owning the numbers behind campaigns, and guiding junior team members toward strategic impact and growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a marketing strategy, brand, or account leadership role; agency experience preferred.
• Proven track record building and presenting strategy decks that clients approve.

You'll work directly with founders and senior client stakeholders - this isn't a role buried three layers from the work.

You'll partner closely with our creative, performance, and production teams to turn strategy into campaigns that actually ship, and you'll own the numbers behind them.
