Job summary

Concept Six is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist in Dubai to lead strategic planning and positioning for a portfolio of real estate, hospitality, and B2B clients. You will work directly with founders and senior client stakeholders to transform strategy into campaigns that ship.

You'll partner with creative and performance teams to own the numbers behind campaigns and drive growth, while mentoring junior strategists and contributing to internal frameworks.

You'll work directly with founders and senior client stakeholders - this isn't a role buried three layers from the work.

You'll partner closely with our creative, performance, and production teams to turn strategy into campaigns that actually ship, and you'll own the numbers behind them.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and positioning for 4-6 client accounts.
• Translate business goals into channel strategy, content angles, and campaign briefs.
• Present strategy and performance reviews directly to client stakeholders.
• Partner with creative and performance leads to keep execution aligned to strategy.
• Mentor junior strategists and contribute to internal frameworks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in a marketing strategy, brand, or account leadership role - agency experience preferred.
