A leading facility management company in Sharjah seeks a Marketing Specialist to enhance their brand presence through strategic marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in digital marketing, content creation, and market analysis. With a focus on both creative and operational aspects of marketing, you'll drive engagement across various platforms and support the execution of significant marketing events and initiatives.
Strategic Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Support and Execution
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Manage implementation across digital, print, and social platforms.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and evaluated for impact.
2. Content Creation and Management
Create high-quality, engaging content for multiple channels (website, email, social media, brochures).
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce compelling marketing materials.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
3. Market Research and Data Analysis
Gather and analyze data on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare reports to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Provide insights to refine campaigns and discover new growth opportunities.
4. Social Media and Digital Marketing
Plan and manage content calendars for social media platforms.
Monitor audience engagement and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Track digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Operational Responsibilities:
1. Administrative and Coordination Support
Organize marketing resources, events, and promotional logistics.
Maintain marketing asset libraries and assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
2. Event Planning and Execution
Support in organizing marketing events, exhibitions, and promotions.
Coordinate logistics, prepare event materials, and manage vendor relationships.
Collect feedback and analyze post-event performance.
3. Reporting and Performance Tracking
Track KPIs for all marketing activities.
Generate reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills
Required Skills & Experience:
Marketing Expertise:
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, campaign development, and branding strategies.
Content Creation:
Proven ability to craft engaging, well-written content for diverse audiences and formats.
Digital Marketing Proficiency:
Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, analytics platforms).
Organizational Skills:
Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and coordinate across departments.
Analytical Thinking:
Skilled in analyzing market data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in clearing transactions in the UAE.
Professional certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or analytics are a plus.
