Are you anexperienced marketing leader with a passion for launching brands and drivinggrowth? Cognita is looking for a Senior Marketing Projects Manager tolead high-impact, full-cycle marketing execution across new school launches,campus expansions, and post-acquisition integrations throughout the MiddleEast.

In thispivotal role, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and take chargeof delivering go-to-market strategies that shape the future of internationaleducation in the region. From brand identity to campaign performance, you’llensure every launch is commercially aligned, operationally ready, and on-brandacross all touchpoints.

Responsibilities : StrategicLeadership

Drive end-to-end marketing for new school openings, expansions, andM&A integrations.

Align launch strategies with student recruitment goals andcommercial milestones.

Cross-FunctionalProject Management

Be the go-to lead for marketing readiness across commercial,operations, education, and admissions teams.

Own timelines, coordination, and cross departmental execution.

Go-to-MarketExecution

Lead full funnel marketing campaigns (paid, owned, earned).

Manage agencies, media, content, and campaign performance.

BrandBuilding

Develop brand identity, naming, and visual storytelling for newschools.

Maintain global brand integrity with local nuance.

Asset &Toolkit Creation

Build scalable toolkits, brand guides, campaign playbooks, andasset libraries.

Performance& ROI Monitoring

Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

Ensure timely delivery and risk management in all projects.

RequiredSkills & Experience :

8+ years in marketing project management,brand launches, or go-to-market execution.

Demonstrated success in multi channel campaigns that delivermeasurable results.

Skilled in stakeholder engagement, agency coordination, and projectleadership.

Strong understanding of branding, campaign metrics, andcross-functional collaboration.

Experience in education, hospitality, real estate, or retail withmulti-unit launches is preferred

Comfortable working within high-growth, matrixed organisations.
