About the Role

We are supporting a leading GCC consumer goods company in their search for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the beverages and impulse (including cans and ice cream) portfolio across Dubai. This role requires strong FMCG brand management experience and a deep understanding of local consumer behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own the marketing strategy and execution for beverages and impulse products in the UAE
  2. Build relationships and negotiate with buyers in retailers
  3. Lead end-to-end brand management, including ATL/BTL campaigns, innovation pipelines, and trade marketing alignment
  4. Drive market share growth through data-led insights, product positioning, and pricing strategy
  5. Collaborate with sales, category, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution
  6. Monitor and evaluate brand performance, recommending improvements where needed
  7. Manage external agencies (creative, media, research) and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  1. 10+ years marketing experience in drinks or related FMCG, with exposure to canned beverages, ideally also impulse or snacking categories
  2. Experience in major international FMCG brands desired
  3. Proven track record in the UAE or broader GCC region, working with major retailers
  4. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  5. Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment
