About the Role
Here are the core responsibilities and expectations for this position:
1. Go‑to‑Market Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM marketing strategies for new product launches, regional rollouts mostly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, and business development teams to align GTM plans with business objectives.
- Define target segment strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue impact.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to refine GTM approaches dynamically.
- Align and communicate regional strategy to global marketing and product marketing groups.
2. Co‑Marketing & Strategic Partnerships
- Lead co‑marketing initiatives with strategic partners in the region ensuring mutual value creation.
- Negotiate and manage joint marketing agreements and programs, including budget allocation, campaign planning and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with partner marketing teams to deliver integrated 360 marketing campaigns across digital, event, print, social media and media channels.
3. Corporate Communications & Press Relations
- Develop and regularly update a regional communications strategy.
- Oversee the development and distribution of press releases, media kits, and executive communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, analysts, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Manage crisis communications and ensure consistent messaging across all external channels.
- Supervise Public Relations / Marketing agencies and internal teams to ensure timely and impactful media coverage.
4. Brand Strategy & Messaging
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, including campaigns, digital, event, print, social media and media assets.
- Develop messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences and reflect the company’s strategic positioning.
- Align internal communications with external brand narratives to foster a unified voice.
5. Marketing Operations & Performance Management
- Own and grow the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across programs and channels.
- Implement performance tracking systems to measure campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
- Associate’s degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
- High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration / Management, Communications, or related field.
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration / Management, Communications, or related field.
- 6+ years of Marketing or related work experience.
- 3+ years of leading strategic or business performance initiatives and / or organizational change initiatives.
- 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above).
- 2+ years of experience working in a matrixed organization.
- 1+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
