Job Description
What you'll do:
- Bring a modern and proactive approach to building global marketing campaigns for our artists.
- Identify strategic opportunities for catalogue and frontline marketing activations in the digital space, including content marketing, anniversary campaigns, re-heat campaigns, and remixes.
- Collaborate across the company with Sony's global team, frontline labels, and central teams to identify opportunities, develop, and align strategies for maximum impact.
- Work closely with international markets to implement campaign rollouts, localize activations as needed, and ensure effective communication regarding strategy and asset delivery.
- Monitor data dashboards to inform planning and strategy development.
- Provide regular, comprehensive updates to artist management as campaigns progress.
Who you are:
- 8-12 years of proven experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Strong global perspective with an in-depth understanding of the international music landscape.
- Creative, forward-thinking, proactive, with a passion for identifying new opportunities and leading innovative projects.
- Digitally fluent, with a solid grasp of social media platforms and data analysis to shape effective marketing strategies.
- Skilled at managing multiple campaigns across a diverse roster, maintaining efficiency and focus.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
