Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our clients regional marketing efforts across the GCC and Middle East. The role combines strategic planning with execution, ensuring strong brand visibility, digital growth, and customer engagement. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee brand building, digital transformation, campaigns, and large-scale events, while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that drives growth and supports business priorities.
  • Identify partnerships, sponsorships, and events that deliver high visibility and commercial impact.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and corporate teams to ensure consistent positioning across markets.
  • Explore opportunities in sectors such as healthcare, data centers, residential, and industrial, tailoring campaigns accordingly.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including KPI development, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels—digital, social, PR, content, and events.
  • Embed sustainability and innovation themes into marketing communications.
  • Partner with HR to strengthen employer branding and employee engagement.
  • Establish guidelines for crisis communications to safeguard brand reputation.

Brand & Communications

  • Use insights and market research to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Build the company’s presence as an industry thought leader through media opportunities, whitepapers, and speaking engagements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints—digital, print, and experiential.
  • Lead brand equity programs that enhance awareness and reinforce corporate identity.
  • Oversee agency partners for creative, media, and branding projects.
  • Drive digital transformation through CRM, marketing automation, SEO / SEM, and data-driven lead generation.
  • Enhance social media presence with targeted campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Champion innovative initiatives such as AI-driven content, AR / VR product showcases, and virtual events.

Events & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and manage an annual calendar of exhibitions, launches, dealer meetings, and conferences.
  • Oversee end-to-end event planning, logistics, creative direction, and ROI measurement.
  • Strengthen relationships with industry associations, government entities, and media outlets.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance and identify improvements.

Budget & ROI

  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation across channels.
  • Measure ROI of all initiatives through KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Report results to senior leadership and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional marketing team.
  • Encourage collaboration across sales, communications, and product management teams.
  • Leverage global best practices while tailoring strategies for local markets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; MBA preferred.
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role in B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Proven success in brand building, digital transformation, and event management.
  • Strong understanding of GCC and Middle East market trends and government initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills (English required; Arabic a plus).
