Location: Dubai, UAE (with regular travel to Abu Dhabi)
Full-Time | Leadership Role

What You’ll Own & Lead:

1. Develop and execute a high-impact marketing strategy across multiple branches.
2. Drive brand growth with creative social media campaigns, content marketing, and storytelling.
3. Lead parent engagement initiatives and high-profile events to boost enrollment.
4. Spearhead PR, press releases, and media collaborations to position us as a leader in early childhood education.
5. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to drive results.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and visibility.
7. Travel regularly to Abu Dhabi to oversee marketing initiatives across locations.

What You Bring to the Table:

1. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in education or service-based industries.
2. A proven track record in brand strategy, digital marketing, and lead generation.
3. Expertise in social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
4. Creative mindset with hands-on experience in Canva or similar design platforms.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Willingness to travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi on a regular basis.
