The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

About noon Food

Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.

What you'll do :

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

  • Identify and build relationships with micro and macro influencers for barter-based and strategic paid collaborations.
  • Develop creative influencer campaigns to drive engagement and word-of-mouth growth.
  • Oversee social media presence, including local WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram food communities.

BTL & Community Engagement

  • Engage with expat homemakers, mothers, working professionals, and student groups via social platforms and local events.
  • Execute cost-effective sampling activations in partnership with gyms, universities, and community centers.
  • Distribute marketing collaterals (pamphlets, referral cards) via existing noon e-commerce orders.

Partnerships & Growth Initiatives

  • Reignite existing local partnerships for co-branded campaigns, discount programs, and voucher distribution.
  • Collaborate with businesses for Sodexo-style coupon booklets, allowing corporate discounts on noon food.
  • Build and execute strategic alliances with leading brands in the F&B, fitness, and corporate sectors.

Performance Marketing & ROI Optimization

  • Work closely with the digital team to optimize campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram Ads.
  • Ensure maximum ROI on a limited budget by leveraging organic, referral, and PR-driven campaigns.
  • Track and report marketing KPIs – reach, engagement, acquisition cost, and conversion rates.

PR & Brand Reputation

  • Leverage partnerships with media platforms for free or low-cost PR opportunities.
  • Plan earned media strategies to increase brand credibility and organic press coverage.

What you'll need :

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand management, preferably in F&B, food delivery, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record in influencer marketing, BTL activations, and digital growth strategies.
  • Strong experience in negotiating partnerships and leveraging community marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with social media, local PR, and online communities.
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English) for local partnerships and media collaborations.
  • Strong data and analytical mindset – able to measure campaign impact and optimize strategies.
