Job Title : Senior Marketing Manager

Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary : Up to AED 45,000 per month + Schooling, Flights & Bonus

Overview :

We are working with a l eading Tier 1 real estate development company in Dubai, known for delivering some of the most iconic and luxurious projects in the region. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function and support the continued growth and brand positioning of the company in a highly competitive market.

This role requires a marketing leader with deep experience in high-end real estate development and a proven track record in building premium brands through integrated, strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company and individual projects
• Lead on brand development, content creation, digital campaigns, and events
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and agency relationships
• Work closely with the sales and development teams to align marketing with commercial objectives
• Oversee the production of high-quality marketing collateral and digital content
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Represent the brand at major industry events and activations

Requirements :

• Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience within the real estate development sector
• Previous experience with a Tier 1 developer in the GCC is essential
• Strong background in branding, digital marketing, and campaign management
• Bi-lingual (Arabic & English) candidates are strongly preferred
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage internal teams and external agencies
• Excellent understanding of the UAE real estate market and luxury positioning
