About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Lead to drive our brand’s growth and market presence in a highly competitive and fast-evolving business environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading marketing teams within professional services, corporate advisory, or financial consultancy sectors—particularly in scaling brand visibility, client acquisition, and digital performance.

This role requires a commercially astute marketing leader with a deep understanding of multi-channel strategy, digital transformation, performance management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand narrative and demand generation engine while working closely with cross-functional leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on brand building, lead generation, and client engagement.
  • Oversee and optimize digital channels including Content Marketing, CRM, Email Campaigns, Social Media, Event Management for lead generation and other outreach tools like WhatsApp to enhance brand visibility and drive qualified leads.
  • Lead the development of corporate messaging, thought leadership content, and sector-specific campaigns aligned with service lines such as tax, compliance, audit, transformation, and business advisory.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a multi-functional marketing team while fostering a high-performance, agile work culture.
  • Manage the marketing budget, track KPIs, and ensure ROI-driven execution across all initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic direction.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members, business development, verticals, and service delivery teams to ensure full alignment between marketing and revenue objectives.
  • Stay ahead of evolving trends in MarTech, digital marketing, AI automation, and data-driven decision-making to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements :

  • 8–12 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on professional services, business consulting, financial services, or B2B sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling marketing functions in growth-stage or transformation-oriented organizations.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, content strategy, brand positioning, and campaign performance management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and manage a marketing team.
  • Proven experience in aligning marketing strategies with business development goals and client acquisition efforts.
  • Excellent command of MarTech platforms and AI-powered marketing, video & social media tools for automation, analytics, and personalized outreach.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights and strategic pivots.
  • Based in or open to relocation to Dubai; prior exposure to the GCC market is a significant advantage.
