Job description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Technology company in Dubai. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join their team. This role focuses on driving B2B marketing strategies and handling the complete lifecycle of event management from planning through follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
    Develop and implement ABM strategies to engage high-value target accounts.
    Collaborate with sales teams to identify key accounts and tailor marketing campaigns.
    Design personalized marketing messages to nurture and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
    Track, analyze, and adjust ABM campaign results to optimize performance and ROI.
  2. Event Management:
    Take the lead in organizing and managing industry events, conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
    Handle all logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite management to ensure smooth and effective events.
    Design event-specific marketing strategies and materials to boost attendance and maximize engagement.
    Evaluate post-event outcomes and gather insights for future improvements.
  3. Customer Engagement & Retention:
    Develop campaigns aimed at customer education, product adoption, and customer retention including webinars and training programs.
  4. Market Research & Competitive Insights:
    Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    Use these insights to refine marketing strategies and spot new opportunities.
    Analyze feedback from customers and competitors to make data-driven strategic decisions.
  5. Brand Strategy:
    Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts ensuring the company’s visual and messaging align with its core values.
    Ensure all marketing initiatives are in line with the company’s long-term brand strategy.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  2. 6-8 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on event management.
  3. Strong understanding and experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams effectively.
  5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. A creative, detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  7. Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Willingness to travel for meetings, industry events, and conferences.
