Overview

One of our reputed clients is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive for the Dubai and Sharjah locations. The Senior Marketing Executive plays a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales brand awareness and customer engagement for the retail sports business. This role involves digital and offline marketing campaign management partnerships and data-driven decision making to maximize brand impact in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the companys goals. Identify target audiences and craft marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales. Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions and sponsorships.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage and grow the companys social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive online and in-store traffic. Work on SEO & content marketing to improve online visibility.
  • Retail & Sales Support Plan in-store marketing activities (promotions, discounts, in-store branding). Work closely with the sales team to support retail initiatives and customer engagement. Monitor sales trends and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Sponsorships & Brand Collaborations Identify and collaborate with sports brands, athletes and influencers. Manage event sponsorships, tournaments and partnerships to increase brand exposure.
  • Data & Performance Analysis Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite. Provide insights and reports on marketing ROI and customer behavior. Optimize marketing spend based on data insights.
  • Customer Engagement & Community Building Create and manage loyalty programs for returning customers. Organize and promote sports events, competitions and activations. Handle customer feedback & reviews to enhance brand reputation.
Requirements

Key Requirements:

Experience: 35 years in marketing preferably in retail or sports industry.
Skills: Digital marketing campaign management, social media, SEO, content creation.
Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, Photoshop, CRM & email marketing platforms.
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Passion for Sports: Knowledge of sports equipment particularly Padel Tennis or other racquet sports is a plus.
