This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer passionate about leveraging digital platforms to drive app downloads, user acquisition, and engagement.

What You’ll Do

1. Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
2. Develop and refine audience targeting strategies and continuously explore new channels and media to scale user acquisition.
3. Conduct A/B testing, optimize ROI, and troubleshoot campaign issues in partnership with account managers.
4. Deliver performance-driven reports and dashboards that highlight key metrics and insights.
5. Collaborate with content, product, tech, and design teams to improve ad performance.
6. Prepare monthly summaries and marketing impact reports for leadership.

Who You Are

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and app campaign management.
3. Strong expertise in user acquisition strategies, creative optimization, and A/B testing.
4. Hands-on experience with MMPs like Appsflyer/Adjust/Branch.
5. Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
6. Bonus: Experience in programmatic advertising and data-led marketing.
