Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Assistant Manager to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong English and Arabic communication skills, a solid background in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry, and a flair for creativity. This role is perfect for someone who can contribute to innovative campaigns that elevate brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, understand external agency activities, and gather customer insights for campaign development
  3. Support in creating marketing materials (brochures, presentations, ads, social media content)
  4. Manage the company’s social media accounts and content calendar
  5. Coordinate marketing events, property launches, and promotional activities
  6. Monitor Google profiles and the website
  7. Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms
  8. Work closely with sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
