Job description

We are a company specialized in the design, fabrication, and installation of Floating Marinas, currently seeking an experienced Senior Marine Project Engineer.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the entire project from design to commissioning, leveraging extensive experience in the Marine sector.
2. Oversee project management of marine construction, including marinas, civil & structural works, and Mechanical & Electrical (ME) systems.
3. Monitor and guide contractors to ensure compliance with the HSE Plan.
4. Provide and manage safety and environmental performance for all personnel on site, aiming to achieve project safety and environmental targets.
5. Ensure safety is integrated into all construction planning and processes.
6. Be familiar with construction work, permit procedures, and statutory requirements.
7. Ensure accountability of employees and subcontractors.
8. Ensure all work complies with the Project Quality Plan.
9. Execute construction activities through detailed planning and daily management of field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Naval Architecture Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of marine onshore experience, including dredging, piling, breakwaters, jetties, port construction, quay walls, etc.
• Candidates willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain are encouraged to apply.
