Job summary

DBMSC Steel FZCO is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for manufacturing operations in the UAE. You will partner with the CEO and Group CFO to drive strategy, profitability and performance across planning, costing, and controls.

You will direct budgeting, FP&A, cash flow, taxation, and internal controls, while delivering robust cost accounting and capital-expenditure reviews. A strong manufacturing finance background and C-suite partnering are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level finance/accounting degree or equivalent required.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience with manufacturing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete finance function for manufacturing operations and act as the CFO partner.
• Oversee budgeting, FP&A, forecasting, and financial reporting with robust analyses.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, treasury, and cost controls for plant profitability.
• Establish strong internal controls, governance, audit, and compliance frameworks.
• Drive SAP finance transformation and process improvements across functions.
• Collaborate with CEO/CFO and senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
