The Role: Leading Transformation Across Mastercard

This is a transformative role designed to accelerate Mastercard’s transformation with a focus on:
-Customer acquisition and engagement – enhancing customer experiences and fostering meaningful connections with consumers and merchants.
-Security solutions – advancing fraud prevention, identity verification, chargeback and dispute management and cybersecurity frameworks and others.
-Business market insights – leveraging Mastercard’s data and analytics capabilities to provide actionable intelligence for clients.

This role will also play a critical part in integrating acquired companies’ sales and product strategies, ensuring seamless alignment with regional priorities, and creating synergies across multiple business lines. The leader in this role will develop and execute strategies that maximize value from our acquisitions while enhancing our overall go-to-market approach.

Key Responsibilities

-Drive the go-to-market strategy for Mastercard’s platforms, enabling technology-driven engagement across multiple verticals.
-Support integration efforts for newly acquired businesses, ensuring their sales and product offerings align with Mastercard’s regional and global strategy.
-Develop strategies that bring together Mastercard’s 3 different product group lines as explained above.
-Collaborate cross-functionally to create synergies across multiple product lines and regions, optimizing business development opportunities.
-Support major deal pursuits, guiding teams in structuring and delivering winning proposals.
-Develop compelling insights and articulate value propositions to senior stakeholders.
-Manage financials and forecasting across products.

What We’re Looking For

-Proven experience in consulting & technology transformation, business development, or strategy leadership in professional services or SaaS.
-Strong background in customer engagement, security solutions, or market intelligence within financial services or payments.
-Experience working across multiple business units, integrating solutions, and driving synergy across acquired companies.
-Deep understanding of business KPIs, financial models, and the evolving landscape of digital payments.
-Ability to craft and execute strategic initiatives, with a strong track record of sales execution and revenue growth.
-Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
-A high-energy, adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
