Role Highlights

TBO Academy is an online platform for training travel agents and trade partners, educating them on destinations, hotels, soft skills, and industry knowledge through videos, presentations, and quizzes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement trade marketing strategies and B2B campaigns.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with trade partners in the travel industry.
  3. Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaign launches.
  4. Report on campaign performance and monitor campaign health regularly.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in the travel industry.
  • Experience with tourism agencies or partnership roles is essential.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of the travel industry and destination marketing.
  • Experience in advertising is a plus.
