Purpose
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, will manage recruitment of senior leadership roles across Education and Corporate within Gems Education. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand talent needs, devise recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. They will act as a partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on the hiring process and best practices. Additionally, they will focus on operational excellence by continuously improving processes and metrics to deliver value-added talent acquisition services.
