Overview

Looking for a highly perceptive, people-oriented, and experienced individual as Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to drive and implement ‘best in class’ talent acquisition strategies and reinforce G42’s position in the market as an ‘Employer of Choice.'

The Opportunity

To play a key role in defining and strengthening G42’s overall employee value proposition by leading the design, development, and implementation of specific talent acquisition strategies for the group and its Business Units.

G42 is an Abu Dhabi-based artificial intelligence and cloud computing company with a global footprint delivering holistic and scalable AI solutions to a variety of commercial and government clients.   • Define talent acquisition priorities based on the Business Unit's objectives, considering factors such as business growth, restructuring, attrition, skill gaps, and annual plans.
  • Synthesize complex financial and business metrics to recognize potential impacts on talent acquisition strategies and recommend proactive business transformations.
  • Gather industry trends, labor market data, and competitive intelligence to inform workforce planning and search strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to implement new talent acquisition approaches and advise on recruitment best practices to ensure high-quality candidate applications.
  • Align talent acquisition strategies with strategic workforce planning to optimize organizational performance.
  • Lead the development of talent assessment tools tailored to organizational and job levels to ensure the best-fit hiring process.
  • Participate in assessing and interviewing candidates for strategic roles across G42 and its Business Units, providing feedback and recommendations.
  • Ensure efficient implementation of the talent acquisition process, including offer management, pre-onboarding, and onboarding.
  • Oversee the development of employment offers to ensure alignment with compensation models.
  • Design and deliver training to hiring managers on recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and networking strategies to foster strong partnerships.

Qualifications
