Qualifications

• Minimum 4 ans d'expérience en durabilité dans les secteurs de l'énergie ou des services publics.
• Antécédents prouvés dans la conception et l'implémentation de stratégies de durabilité.
• Expertise sur les rapports de durabilité et les évaluations de matérialité.

Responsibilities

• Gérer et exécuter la stratégie de durabilité de l'entreprise.
• Diriger le cycle complet des rapports de durabilité conformément aux normes GRI et UN SDG.
• Améliorer les notations et certifications ESG.

Job description

Black Pearl is partnering with a leading engineering firm to recruit a dynamic Sustainability Strategy Lead to drive their ESG agenda and champion long-term environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the corporate sustainability strategy including decarbonization climate adaptation circular economy and more
  

• Lead the full sustainability reporting cycle (data collection materiality assessments stakeholder engagement assurance) in line with GRI CDP SASB and UN SDG frameworks
  

• Manage and improve ESG ratings certifications and disclosures (MSCI ESG Sustainalytics EcoVadis etc.)
  

• Oversee multi-year cross-functional initiatives (renewable energy integration energy & water efficiency sustainable procurement waste reduction employee engagement)
  

• Leverage digital ESG tracking and analytics tools to drive performance improvements
  

Requirements

• 4 years of sustainability experience in utilities or energy/water sectors blending strategy-consulting and corporate roles
  

• Proven track record designing and implementing corporate sustainability and decarbonization strategies
  

• Hands-on expertise with end-to-end sustainability reporting and materiality assessments
  

• Experience managing ESG ratings/certifications and enhancing disclosure quality
  

• Strong program-management skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  

• Bachelor s in Engineering Environmental Science Business (Master s preferred)
