Job summary

Dubai Holding is hiring a Senior Executive Data Science (National Talent) at our corporate office. You will support the delivery of data, analytics and AI projects within the AI Centre of Excellence, collaborating with fellow data scientists and cross‑functional partners.

The role expects 0–6 months experience, with a Bachelor's in a quantitative field and familiarity with Python, SQL, ML and GenAI. Strong communication and problem‑solving are essential; advanced degrees are a plus.

• Awareness of LLM, GenAI, OCR, ML, predictive modelling.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL.

Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Senior Executive Data Science (National Talent) at the corporate office.

The job holder will support the delivery of data, analytics and AI projects as part of Dubai Holding Group’s AI Centre of Excellence, developing their skills while contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects under guidance. The job holder is expected to contribute to team outcomes through collaboration with fellow data scientists/engineers on the team and with cross-functional partners to support awareness, alignment and delivery of committed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

AI & Analytics Delivery

• Contribute to the delivery of AI/Data Science projects with business partners.
• Learn to build appropriate machine learning models to deliver business outcomes.
• Contribute to AI use case development with guidance.
• Work closely and collaborate with product managers for use case delivery.
• Deliver assigned tasks within scope and schedule, with support.

Agile Delivery & Team Collaboration

• Participate in agile methodologies and iterative development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support alignment and commitment.
• Learn and apply the team’s tools, standards and best practices.

Who we are looking for:

• 0–6 months experience; internships, academic projects or a capstone in data science/AI welcomed

Education / Professional Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Science, Data Science/ AI).
• Advanced degrees a plus.
• Awareness of: LLM, GenAI, OCR, machine learning, predictive modelling etc.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High-energy, proactive mindset
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and willingness to learn and ask questions
