Senior Manager Strategic Marketing Solutions (SMSMS) is a senior-level role responsible for driving strategic growth and expansion opportunities. This position involves developing and executing business development strategies, building strong relationships with C-level external stakeholders, and identifying new market opportunities to contribute to the organization’s success and profitability.

The role oversees the development, implementation, and management of destination development initiatives to promote and enhance the region as a tourist destination. The employee will collaborate with internal teams, local stakeholders, and external partners to increase visitation, awareness, and regional economic growth.

The employee plays a crucial role in driving growth, expansion, and profitability within the region. This role requires a strategic visionary, skilled negotiator, and collaborative leader capable of capitalizing on opportunities to meet business objectives and maintain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities :

  1. Position HBX Group as the global leader of B2B digital destination marketing by engaging with DMO stakeholders regionally, leveraging trade shows, and existing relationships to enhance brand recognition and revenue.
  2. Train and ensure Regional Managers exemplify skills aligned with the company's value proposition.
  3. Execute and manage a sales pipeline to maximize revenue and achieve targets through destination marketing strategies aligned with regional goals.
  4. Identify target markets, traveler segments, and trends; collaborate with authorities and stakeholders for consistent messaging.
  5. Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  6. Work with colleagues to develop revenue strategies, negotiate workflows, and promote the department to regional clients.
  7. Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance in contracts with government entities and report accordingly.
  8. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources for campaigns and initiatives.
  9. Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  10. Represent the company at global travel trade shows, embodying company culture, vision, and ethics.
