The Project

Luxury masterplan development consisting of the best-in-class hospitality/hotels, residences, and retail assets. This is a long-term, multi-year project, offering an opportunity to be involved from the early stages through delivery and beyond.

• Manage and oversee stakeholder management services to support commissions, providing leadership within your hub.
• Support specialist functions within stakeholder management on your assigned projects.
• Design and implement stakeholder management strategies for your projects.
• Lead client, consultant, contractor, and project team interactions regarding stakeholder management.
• Build strong professional relationships with clients to meet expectations.
• Advise the project team on stakeholder and communication standards, managing risks and issues.
• Facilitate reporting, governance, and performance meetings.
• Develop management strategies, plans, and tools, tracking progress against KPIs.
• Collaborate with project leaders to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure all activities comply with Mace standards and regulations.
• Provide line management to junior staff and support their development.
• Mentor team members and support integration across disciplines.
• Assist with resourcing and recruitment efforts.
• Support the goal of net zero carbon transition by managing related emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• Proven leadership on complex construction projects.
• Experience establishing effective management frameworks and strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant tools, techniques, and software.
• Ability to manage activities with high uncertainty.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting stakeholder and communication services within construction or consultancy sectors.
• Progress toward chartered status or membership in a relevant professional body.
