Core Duties & Responsibilities
Role Highlights include
- Assist in identifying high-potential opportunities in high-impact and future-proofed sectors of the global economy, such as the Healthcare Ecosystem, e.g., Longevity, Wellness, Well-being, Life Sciences and other innovative industries, contributing to Dubai’s status as a global hub for cutting-edge solutions.
- Support the incubation, pilot-testing, and acceleration of approved new ventures from ideation and conceptualisation through to execution and effective stakeholder coordination, ensuring alignment with our organisation and Dubai’s objectives.
- Assist in developing investment cases and business models for ongoing sustainability, supporting the securing of capital allocations, and managing aspects of operational execution of the agreed venture models.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to form strategic partnerships that drive the creation of high-impact, future-oriented ventures, focusing on IP and knowledge hub development within Dubai.

Operating Environment
The job is 100% office-based, and there is minimal travel required. Occasionally, meetings outside the office may be required.
Formal Education
Master’s degree in business administration. Additional masters degree in a Health-related discipline is an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or strategic roles, with demonstrated experience in managing projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product development, legal, marketing, and finance, in a corporate setting.
- Experience supporting venture building, corporate innovation, or venture capital, preferably focused on Healthcare, Life Sciences, and/or Well-being sectors, is an advantage.
- Understanding of Healthcare regulations, market dynamics, and technological advancements across the Health Ecosystem, including Life Sciences, Longevity, and Well-being, is an advantage.
Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable business ventures
- Ability to structure decision trees and develop high-level assessments of situations, issues, and solutions before in-depth data gathering and testing to validate hypotheses, along with strong financial acumen.
- Strong ability to support daily operations within a team setting and to execute projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Highly dependable, with acute attention to detail, pragmatic while maintaining a wider lens to deliver big-picture messages.
- Ability to maintain momentum and deliver a consistent level of output on projects, sustaining team engagement and morale through challenging programmes until completion.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills with industry experts, investors, and corporate partners, with effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, tailored to different audiences – English language proficiency.
- Commitment to deliver to the highest standards, acts with integrity, and practices complete transparency in actions and communications.
- Proficient in use of MS Office and statistics programmes, including PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with project management tools.
