JOB TITLE
Senior Manager, Reward | MAF Properties | Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Reward is an expert-level role that supports the design, benchmarking, implementation, and governance of Group-wide reward programs. The role also acts as a Reward Business Partner for designated Majid Al Futtaim Properties business units, enabling and guiding to ensure seamless day-to-day reward operations and effective alignment of reward practices with business needs and group frameworks.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Partner with the Reward Director to design, review, and enhance group-wide compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational design.
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to maintain competitive and fair reward practices.
  • Ensure compliance of all compensation programs with labor laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Provide strategic and tactical reward guidance to designated business units, enabling annual compensation reviews and budgeting.
  • Develop and deliver data-driven dashboards, tools, and insights to support informed decision-making and continuous program improvement.
  • Lead capability-building initiatives, including workshops and toolkits, to embed compensation knowledge across HR and business leaders.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a numerate or business-related discipline.
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in reward or total compensation, ideally in large, matrixed organizations, with a demonstrable focus on program design, policy development and process management.
  • Strong foundation in compensation principles, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and incentive programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar HRIS systems.
