Senior Manager, Reporting, Analytics, and Visualization will play a mission-critical role in our data strategy, leading a Dubai-based Reporting, Analytics, and Visualization team. This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in data visualization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be responsible for delivering timely, strategic insights to stakeholders worldwide through high-impact reports and dashboards while building out a robust team and driving a culture of innovation and analytical rigor. This position is both operational and strategic, providing thought leadership and executional excellence across functions and geographies.
Role Responsibilities
Strategy & Alignment : Define and drive the global strategy for Reporting, Analytics, and Visualization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of data analysts and visualization experts based in Dubai, delivering high-impact reports and dashboards for global departments including Marketing, Compliance, IT, and Operations (Agent and Customer).
Insight-Driven Decision Making : Leverage data insights to support strategic decision-making across regions (APAC, EU, MEA), acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, marketing optimization, and infrastructure improvements. Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements to ensure impactful analytics solutions.
Analytics & Visualization : Oversee the development and continuous enhancement of dashboards, scorecards, and visual reporting tools using platforms such as Tableau or Power BI. Apply advanced analytics techniques including statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining to uncover actionable insights.
Data Governance : Establish and maintain rigorous governance and quality control processes to uphold data integrity and reliability across all reporting tools and platforms.
Communication of Insights : Present complex analytics in a clear and compelling manner through visualizations and concise reports, enabling informed decisions at all organizational levels.
Managing Team : Ensure the effective functioning of the Dubai-based team, including hiring, training, budget management, forecasting, and achieving targets.
Role Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
7–10 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and visualization, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Proven track record leading high-impact analytics initiatives and managing teams.
Demonstrated success in aligning data outcomes with business strategies across global regions.
Experience in large, multinational organizations with strong cross-regional collaboration.
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Solid hands-on experience with SQL and working with complex datasets. Proficient in programming languages including Python and / or R.
Skilled in statistical analysis, machine learning, and modern data analytics techniques.
Strong knowledge of Data Lake, Data Warehousing, and Database technologies.
Experience with ETL processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows.
Familiarity with log analytics, network analytics, APIs, and scripting.
Competent in tools and techniques for data profiling, data discovery, root cause analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and information chain analysis.
Deep understanding of data management and data governance practices, with a strong focus on data quality and integrity.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into executive-level narratives.
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience overseeing budgets and ensuring task execution and resource management.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
