Job Description

Role: Senior Manager - RBG, PBG & ADIB Securities Business Finance

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose: Responsible for end-to-end Business Planning activities, including development and monitoring of budgets and plans for businesses, products, and channels. Conduct performance analysis across all products, channels, and segments for Retail banking. Support senior management in achieving strategic and tactical objectives.

Key Accountabilities of the role

1. Produce Quality Business Analytics: Provide insightful analytics to drive growth, identify new portfolio opportunities, and use business intelligence for customer segmentation. Develop dashboards for portfolio performance, monitor KPIs, and align metrics with business strategies.
2. Effectively Monitor Portfolio: Deliver value-added analysis and recommendations on business, product, and channel performance. Develop financials at sub-product, channel, and segment levels, and analyze customer profitability and channel productivity.
3. Budgeting & Planning Support: Support budgeting activities, develop planning templates, and perform vintage analysis. Collaborate with teams for segment-level KPI development and planning models.
4. Produce Periodic Portfolio Decks and Product Cubes: Develop and enhance portfolio decks and product data cubes, assess report requirements, and publish regular review decks.
5. Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with Country Finance, Group/ Country Management, and external stakeholders. Foster a team environment and shared ownership.
6. Controls & Risk: Act as backup for legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Identify process improvements, monitor risks, and ensure data privacy and security.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge
