Transguard Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager - Quantity Surveying in Dubai, UAE to lead cost planning, estimating, contract administration, and risk management across development projects.

The role requires a strong track record in cost management, QS leadership, and familiarity with CostX, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office, including work on high-value programs in aviation or infrastructure within the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field required.
• RICS or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 6–7 years of experience in QS or cost engineering.
• Proficiency with CostX, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead cost planning, estimating, and budgeting activities for development projects.
• Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Identify cost risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Lead cost reporting and project controls to support delivery.
• Coach and coordinate QS resources across projects and stakeholders.
