About the Client:

Job Objective:
Responsible for managing the project administration, construction packages, tender evaluations, construction management and overseeing project close out activities for special projects that are undertaken by the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and delivery strategies documenting the scope and plans for all Special Projects in collaboration with the Chief Projects Officer and Director Projects
- Responsible for developing target dates for the specific work areas in conjunction with the appointed PMC
- Ensure that the design and construction services contracts are procured and delivered in accordance with project brief, cost plan and master schedule
- Manage the lead consultants duties and activities in conjunction with the PMC to ensure timely completion and compliance with the contractual standards
- Manage the main contractors duties and activities in conjunction with the PMC to ensure timely completion and compliance with the contractual standards
- Support the Chief Projects Officer in the preparation of future bidders list, contract documents, tender evaluation and award in conjunction with Development and Asset Management
- Assist the Delivery function in special project negotiations as required In conjunction with appointed project team hold ultimate responsibility for all contract and project controls procedures, including contract preparation, procurement, change management, evaluation and recommendation on variation and claims, budget and cost control, project planning and schedule compliance, reporting, etc.
- Work closely with the HSE Manager to ensure that Quality and HSE goals are met in the design and construction of the works
- Oversee construction supervision activities performed by the lead consultant supervision team to ensure timely compliance of the duties required by the contract in conjunction with the QA/QC Manager
- Responsible for coordinating interface issues within and other delivery managers to avoid potential delivery delays
- Ensure timely actions to resolve critical design and construction issues by coordinating with the Lead
- Consultant, main Contractor and Sub Contractors and developing solutions for the approval by the Projects Team
- Co-ordinates with the Construction Infrastructure Superintendent, Lead Consultant and Construction
- Supervision Team as necessary throughout the works
- Ensure compliance with project protocols (Tender Committee Approvals, Reporting, Aconex Communication, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- 6–10 years of project management experience in real estate or infrastructure, with at least 5 years of experience in the GCC market.
- Proven track record of managing projects with AED 1–2 billion capex.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and international contracting standards.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
- Solid project delivery experience (not just design or supervision).
- Strong coordination skills across consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Demonstrated leadership in large-scale, high-profile developments.
