Job Overview

The Professional Services Delivery Senior Manager oversees the delivery of Commvault Professional Services in the Emerging region. The role involves managing a team of skilled engineers and architects and participating in the EMEA Professional Services leadership team. The manager will ensure the delivery of services, improve team performance, and collaborate with sales on enterprise solutions to uphold Commvault's reputation for world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and expand business lines in the region, managing performance metrics
• Plan and forecast bookings and revenue targets
• Manage a team of Engineers and Architects to deliver solutions
• Ensure high service performance and implement improvements
• Engage with customers at C-level and partner with Sales/Pre-sales
• Collaborate with COE and partners
• Drive business and process improvements regionally and within EMEAI
• Create and own Statement of Work documents

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience in Professional Services within the GULF region
• Experience in business development and leading services sales with Pre-sales teams
• Exceptional customer-facing skills, especially at C-level
• Entrepreneurial mindset and growth-oriented approach
• Experience with service delivery systems, procedures, and methodologies
• Personnel management experience including recruitment, performance assessment, and mentoring
• Technical background; familiarity with Commvault products advantageous
• Willingness to travel as needed
