You’ll lead a high-performing team, deliver scalable processes across multiple regions, and play a key role in driving user trust, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5+ to deliver operational excellence and measurable business impact.
• Product & Growth: Partner with product teams to refine offerings, while driving commercial outcomes through marketing campaigns, user growth, and expansion activities.
• Multi-Regional Operations: Oversee operations across diverse markets, ensuring scalability, adaptability, and consistency of execution.
• Commercial Operations: Lead initiatives to improve liquidity, user engagement, and overall platform efficiency.
• Risk & Compliance Partnership: Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure effective fraud prevention and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Process & Performance: Build and optimize workflows, SOPs, and tools. Monitor KPIs to ensure high operational standards and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in crypto or fintech (must-have), with a focus on product operations or product-led growth.
• Proven leadership of teams (5+ people), with a strong track record in people development.
• Core expertise in product operations, plus experience in one or more of: marketing, growth, expansion, business development, sales, or commercial operations.
• Experience managing multi-regional operations and launching products in new markets.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, project execution, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to influence across technical and commercial teams.
• Analytical mindset, structured thinker, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

• Background in digital assets, payments, or marketplace platforms.
• Experience with fraud monitoring, KYC / KYB processes, or transaction oversight.
• Exposure to compliance-driven environments and risk mitigation strategies.
