The team provides and supports the systems that glue the business together. That means maintaining all IT from the most basic desktop support to the most complex flight information systems. What you’ll deliver

• Develop products, systems, and services in the digital, commercial, brands, communications, and strategy functions while maintaining the performance level of existing systems and services.
• Focus on all IT matters for the commercial and strategy business units.
• Ensure that technology strategy is aligned with business strategy, including liaising with internal technology support teams and external suppliers on support incidents/changes.
• Provide project oversight on behalf of the business area for all software delivery in line with organizational goals.
• Support and manage service levels for all IT services delivered to the business area.

What you bring

• Educated to a bachelor’s degree level in Business Administration, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge in managing operationally critical systems in Aviation.
• Significant experience in delivering digital transformation to organizations, increasing brand value and reputation.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Expert knowledge in Internet of Things (beacons, sensors, WiFi), indoor wayfinding, location & social analytics, and WiFi customer engagement.
