Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Manager - Planning & Project Controls at Dubai Holding Hospitality. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software.
  • Track project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect changes.
  • Create and maintain project dashboards to provide real-time updates on project status.
  • Analyse project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial control.
  • Implement and maintain project control systems and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of project plans and resource allocation.
  • Critically evaluate and provide feedback to contractors and consultants on proposed project schedules.

About you:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in the construction industry from either a developer or consultancy background.
  • At least 5 years focused on project delivery, preferably within a top tier developer international project management firm with specific experience on luxury hospitality.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders from operational teams, consultants, contractors, authorities and those with project influence.
