Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking an experienced KOL Engagement Manager in the UAE to cultivate relationships with electrophysiologists, medical associations, and industry influencers. You will define engagement activities, deliver strategic insights, and collaborate with marketing, clinical affairs, regulatory, and R&D teams to drive market success.

You will co-develop objectives with regional leadership, track projects, and synthesize insights to inform business strategy while maintaining engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Med Tech, Cardiovascular, or Electrophysiology.
• Experience in EP Clinical, Sales, Key Account Management, or Clinical Science.
• Experience working with high-profile EPs/KOLs in sophisticated EP accounts.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
